1. Returns

  • We do not accept returns. Please double-check your items before purchasing.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll send you a replacement free of charge.

  • To request a replacement, email us at [your email] within 7 days of receiving your order with:

    • Your order number

    • A photo of the damaged/defective item

3. Sizing & Exchanges

  • Please note we cannot replace items for incorrect sizes.

  • We recommend reviewing the size chart on each product page before placing your order.

4. Shipping for Replacements

  • We will cover the cost of shipping for damaged or defective replacements only.

5. Refunds

  • We do not issue refunds. All replacements for damaged or defective items will be sent as a new item.
